Maidstone Grammar School is delighted to announce a very good set of GCSE results this year.  45% of all subject grades were awarded at grades 7-9, with 25% at grades 8-9. In addition, 98% of students gained at least five grades 4-9, including English and Mathematics.

23 students achieved at least eight grades at grade 8 or above, while 14 students achieved grade 8 or higher in at least ten subjects.

Mr Tomkins, Headteacher, commented: “We are delighted that our students have performed so well, which is a result of the hard work of both the students and our dedicated staff. Year 11 should be immensely proud of their achievements.”

Congratulations to all our students receiving their GCSE results today. We look forward to welcoming many of them into our Sixth Form. For those moving on to a different school, college or setting, we wish them every success in the future.

Maidstone Grammar School is delighted to announce an excellent set of A Level examination results. Overall, 67% of grades were awarded at A*-B, 35% at A*-A, 39 students achieved at least three A grades, and 20 students achieved at least two A* grades. Particular recognition must go to the four students who gained an incredible four A* grades and the one student who achieved three A* grades and two A grades across five subjects.

The excellent performance across the school means that many students have secured their university offers.

Headteacher Mark Tomkins commented: “These excellent grades represent the enormous and collective efforts put in by both students and staff over the last two years.”

Congratulations and well done to all our students receiving their A Level results today. Good luck to Year 13 as you take your next steps, whatever they may be.

Maidstone Grammar School is delighted to announce an excellent set of GCSE results this year.  49% of all subject grades were graded 7 to 9, 25% of all subject grades were graded 8/9 and 96% of students gained five 9 – 4 grades including English and Mathematics.  31 students out of the year group achieved at least eight grades at Level 8 or higher, with 13 students achieving at least a Level 8 in ten of their subjects.  Six students did outstandingly well achieving a Level 9 in at least 10 of their chosen subjects.

Maidstone Grammar School is delighted to announce an excellent set of A Level examination results. 66% of all grades were graded A*- B, 31% of all grades were graded A*/A, 27 students achieved at least three A grades, and 12 students achieved at least two A* grades. Particular recognition must go to the four students who gained at least three A* grades.
