Talaxy – Secure Online Access to Your Child’s Data

Talaxy provides parents and carers with secure access to their child’s attendance, behaviour records, academic reports, and timetable.

 

How Do I Access Talaxy?

You will receive an email invitation to sign up for Talaxy. Click the link in the email to register your account.

Once your account is set up and verified, you can access Talaxy at any time by visiting: mgs.talaxy.app

 

Is There an App I Can Install?

Talaxy is a Progressive Web App (PWA), meaning it does not require updates and works the same on all devices. You can install it on your mobile or desktop device as follows:

Android

  1. Open Google Chrome on your Android device.
  2. Go to mgs.talaxy.app.
  3. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Install.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Apple (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Go to mgs.talaxy.app.
  3. Tap the Share icon.
  4. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  5. Confirm or edit the name, then tap Add.

 

Enable Notifications

To receive important school updates:

  1. Tap the person icon in the top right of the app.
  2. Select your name.
  3. Click Subscribe.

 

That’s it! You’re all set up and ready to go.

 

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Why Can’t I Log In to Talaxy?

You may be on another school’s Talaxy page. Our Talaxy page cannot be found via Google search. To access it, visit the parent portal on the MGS website or go directly to mgs.talaxy.app.

 

Why Haven’t I Received a Registration Email?

Check all of your email accounts, including junk/spam folders. The registration email was sent to the address provided when your child joined the school.

If you still cannot find the email, please contact the school at school@mgs.kent.sch.uk with your request for a new registration link.

 

Why Can’t I Open Reports in Talaxy?

Reports can be found in the Documents section of Talaxy.

On mobile devices, switch to landscape mode, then tap and hold the report entry to open it.

If issues persist, try using:

  • A different mobile device.
  • A computer.
  • Another network (e.g., mobile data or home Wi-Fi).
